This first course dish is finished with a matte glaze. The roughness of the clay comes trough but the plate is smooth on the inside.
The glaze reacts in the kiln, this makes every plate unique. Shades of blue, rust and green appear depending the light on the table.
Combine with the second course plate to have the ideal table setting.
Or use it separately to serve amuses.
