ˈlɑːvə / noun /hot molten or semi-fluid rock erupted from a volcano or fissure, or solid rock resulting from cooling of this. Black textured clay isn't the easiest to work with, but the results are fantastic. This is the first time you would actually like the bottom of your plate as much as the top. It looks like a lava stone on the outside. On the inside I glazed it to make sure you can serve food on it. Fired at 1250 degrees so as stoneware as it can be. Fits perfectly in your domestic or professional kitchen. Dishwasher, oven and microwave safe unless mentioned otherwise
Terra incognita : unknown territory : an unexplored country or field of knowledge. Working with these types of clay was unfamiliar for me. It was like terra incognita. But we've met and getting along step by step. These red clays are sometimes rough and filled with small rocks or very smooth and dark brown after firing.
This must be underwater loveThe way I feel it slipping all over meThis must be underwater loveThe way I feel it O que que é esse amor d'águaDeve sentir muito parecido a esse amor This is itUnderwater loveIt is so deepSo beautifully liquid Song Smoke city - Underwater Love For the love of the oceans, the beauty on the bottom of the sea, the transparant salty water that connects the world. I call this collection Underwater Love to assemble all of my work inspired by the sea and its beaches. The song inspired me because one of my main methods is to use slip to make ceramics. Slip is liquid clay and so beautifully liquid. All of my work is stoneware so suitable for any kitchen or restaurant purpose. Dishwasher safe, oven and microwave oven proof. Note that when gold is used it's not microwave oven proof
